Monica's favorite gear for
Fiesta Dressing
I have several of these versatile little pitchers that I use for serving condiments, sauce, gravy, syrup, & salad dressing.
This 100% organic mix has the traditional spices without preservatives.
This 6" whisk is handy for mixing smaller amounts like this dressing/dip. It's the perfect size for whipping 1 or 2 eggs.

Step 2. Combine yogurt, salsa, & taco seasoning in a bowl. It quicker to use a small whisk, or you can stir it with a spoon.

Step 3. Decide if you want it thick (for dipping chips or veggies) or thin (for drizzling on salad, tacos, and more). To thin it, whisk in milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it's the desired consistency.

Done! How easy is that? When used as a salad dressing or to drizzle on tacos, I like to serve mine in a small glass pitcher.
